"I left a message for Tom in the evening and he returned my call the next day. I met with him at my cottage a few days later and he gave me an estimate before he left. He explained his pricing very thoroughly, the time frame to begin etc. I paid for the skylight, flashing kit and shingles through his supplier, who was very competitive with a local "Big Box" store. The materials arrived in a few days and we scheduled to have it installed 3 days later ( Oct. 28th ). Because my cottage is a few hours from where I live, promptness is important to me. He showed up at 8:00am as promised and finished the job by lunch. All debris was cleaned up and removed by Tom and plastic was put down inside to keep things clean. I am very satisfied with his prices, professionalism and attention to detail. He is also bidding on painting my ceilings and I will use him to replace 2 other skylights. From our initial meeting, to ordering materials, to finishing the job, it took 2 weeks, with 1 week tied up getting the skylight etc. Everything went like clockwork. "I got three estimates. They were the middle estimate but they did not try to upsell me as the others did even though they did explain all of my options and answer my questions. They arrived on time, performed the work per their estimate. They warned me about the dust even though they clearly tried to contain it as much as possible. Cleaned up after themselves. The drain system is working. The workers answered all of my questions. I would hire them again if needed. They put the drain in one side of my basement and under a porch."
