Two days later I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was broken and needed repaired quickly to keep the whole zone running in order for the sod to be kept moist. I texted Seth, the owner, who came over on a Sunday and repaired the sprinkler and noticed another that he replaced. In addition, I noticed that a few pieces of sod had a good bit of weeds growing in it and he returned on Monday and replaced those pieces with new sod. The day they cam out to bid they didn?t find it complicated at all to do my project our land isn?t that even and previous contractors were all saying I needed more dirt and recommended I expand. What did that tell me? They wanted more money. Freddy had the idea of just adding some steps to the side. That way I could have easier access to the back door of my shop! To me that was true customer service and integrity which unfortunately lacks in multiple construction companies. I will have these guys come out in a few weeks to do some work at my daughters house"
