In majority of the cases they can cover gutters, vents, and include upgrades. It is best to shop around for 3 or so quotes and DON'T sign any contract, proposal or quote without firming down the price and items. I ended up choosing a really good/honest roofing company that worked with me to get everything needed for a great price."
