"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

"I hired Ang for a $250 deep clean based on his many 5-star reviews. Before even walking in, he said it would take 60–90 minutes. Red flag. After he left, I found ridiculous amounts of dust under furniture, around cords, on picture frames. Trash not taken out. Dishwasher still full—despite me specifically asking him to empty it. Mirrors and windows not wiped. Several areas still visibly untidy. I sent him photos and videos, but was met with defensiveness: “Missing a spot here and there does happen… vacuuming under surfaces isn’t standard unless asked… I don’t believe this constitutes a refund… I did vacuum the sofa cushions tho.” I’m kinda in disbelief, laughing out loud as I write this—and also insulted. I’ve lived in this apartment 11 years. Hired dozens of cleaners. I know what a deep clean looks like. This wasn’t even a standard clean. Ang’s not a pro—he’s a 20-something actor doing odd jobs. No shame! Truly. Just don’t charge pro rates for amateur work."

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again. "

"Two people came to clean and they performed maybe 25% of what they promised. I called them to come back to finish the job they claimed was done. Only one person showed up and with the wrong chemicals to clean and they were not able to clean the rest. They gave me excuses that some things can not be cleaned and nothing they can do about it. It was really waist of money. I gave them half of the agreed amount so they do not have to return to waist my time and money."

They took the ear rings, and the pouch that they were in. This is beyond ridiculous. All I wanted was my child's earrings back and she talked to me. So bad so if you guys are going to use them, make sure you put all jury money, anything of monetary value like up. Otherwise they will steal them. And to the people from Angie, if you guys see this, please make them bring my child's earrings back today is her birthday.
