"8 years management of my 12 unit Apt building. Reliable and honest. Does what he says he will when he says he'll do it. Really a Jack of all trades. Just repaired a dishwasher and an electrical issue. he saves me calling multiple tradesman and the tenants love him"

"I recently hired B-Hive Electric to install a Tesla wall charger for my Model 3, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. I want to give a special shoutout to Chris, who was phenomenal to work with. His communication was stellar from the very beginning—he kept me updated at every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. His professionalism is top-notch; he arrived right on schedule, worked efficiently, and the final installation looks incredibly clean and perfectly routed. The charger is working flawlessly, and the work area was left spotless. If you are looking for a reliable, expert electrician for your EV setup, I cannot recommend Chris and the team at B-Hive Electric enough!"

"The Neighborhood Electric crew was on time; worked quickly and efficiently. They kept us informed as to what was being done and asked us questions to be sure they were doing the job as we wanted it. Very pleased with their work and the results."

"I first asked for a quote back in February of 2024. When I received the quote I decided to wait on this project. Then we lost power for 2 days due to a storm. I then decided it was time and contacted the contractor again. He sent me an updated quote and the project was scheduled. It's now installed and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Hopefully it will be a long time before we need to use the generator because we lose our power. But we are ready when it happens. I will definitely use this company again for any electrical jobs that come up. Andrew and his crew were great."

"He arrived when scheduled and immediately set up what was needed to complete job. The work was completed in a timely manner and neatly done. Was very helpful and very pleasant to work with and even provided some extras that wasn’t quoted. I definitely would recommend him and would hire him for future projects."

"Quote came in at a price I expected and S&S will be moving around some work to complete the work ahead of schedule since my family will not be available when they were expecting to complete the work."

"Charles did an amazing job! Punctual. Friendly. Great price. *****!"

"Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. MID-AMERICA LIGHTNING RODS is one fine company run by a man who cares about doing good work according to the latest safety codes etc. Having lost my previous retirement home to lightning, it was very important to me to get this job done and quickly because the thunderstorm season is upon us and with the climate change, those storms are very wicked, especially here out in the country where i live!"
