This isnâ t the case with Milltown Plumbing and Heating when I called them to service my central A/C which wasn't cooling the house. Even though my unit is in need of replacement, Jay, their Field Service Technician was able to at least get the A/C up and running. He was honest and straightforward in assessing my problem and suggested I meet with a comfort advisor in regard to a new central A/C unit. My experience didn't change. The comfort advisor I met with gave me a variety of options for a replacement unit, again he was courteous and honest. "Michael came to my house and upgraded my 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel for my solar installation project I had coming up. He was very thorough in explaining all the work that needed to be done, how long I would be without power, and was very knowledgeable in all of the questions I had. After removing my service and replacing it with the new 200 amp, he went through the entire house and checked what each breaker was wired to and marked it inside my panel very neat and organized.
