"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

They showed up on time and when they left for the day they always left everything clean. Chris did a great job explaining every step of the project before they even began and kept me updated all the way through. They finished when they said they would even though it was cold out and they lost a few days to rain. And as if all of that wasn't enough they were so kind and mindful of my dogs, they always made sure the gate was closed and made sure there was always a safe way for my dogs to get outside. I Love my deck/porch and would hire them again in a heartbeat, throw in being great with my dogs and I will recommend them to anyone who needs work! Thanks Guys!"
