"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"We have hired Doctor Fix-It LLC on three occasions so far. The first time we needed shelving installed in our laundry room and a large framed picture hung on a wall. Keith provide an estimate that was very reasonable and competitive. I especially loved his communication! He sent an email with his arrival time and he arrived on time. This project had many steps and Keith provided updates to us as work progressed. The shutters have been reinstalled and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Our house looks amazing! Additionally, we also needed sliding glass doors to be installed on our bathtub. Keith knew exactly what to order and came fully prepared. They showed up on time and when they left for the day they always left everything clean. Chris did a great job explaining every step of the project before they even began and kept me updated all the way through. They finished when they said they would even though it was cold out and they lost a few days to rain. And as if all of that wasn't enough they were so kind and mindful of my dogs, they always made sure the gate was closed and made sure there was always a safe way for my dogs to get outside.
