"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. "Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."

"Brian came out and was told we wanted the air conditioner cleaned and a tune up plus a new smart thermostat. He fiddled with air conditioner said it was good to go. Programed the thermostat and over 900 dollars later left. We turned it on and barely any air came out. Here 2 63 year old, one very disabled and we were keeping our grandkids, a 6 month old and a 5 year old for a few weeks with no air conditioner. Brian returned my call saying we told we had no water source so that's why he didn't clean it and he offered no excuses for anything else. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend him. We spent over 900 dollars. I still haven't received an itemized reciept."
