In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. "They hire people to do the installation job. They did a great job. They picked up everything and said that if we had any problems then they would come out and fix it. One sill on the inside on the inside of the window didn’t look right so we called them and they came and repaired it. Also, in previous years we have purchased a dryer from them and had it delivered. They came and delivered it and installed it on time. I ran the first load and heard a rattling so I called them. Right after I hung up the phone the delivery crew contacted me and told me to go to Lowe's and pick out a new one and they told me they would bring it out to me that same day. Another purchase we made at Lowe's was a sliding patio door.   The guy came out to measure the area, came out when he said he would and cleaned up after himself. I was happy with the work.  And told me if I had any problems with it then they would come out and fix whatever needed to be done."

"It went quite well. I am happy with the results. The split-rail is weathering now and looking more rustic. I love that look. The rails are straight with some natural splintering, but not much. No one that I have seen stops to peel the rail. Okay, the only wish I have is that I wish I had had more money to bring the fence up to the house instead of stopping four feet up the driveway. But, it is workable and my lack of funds is not an Accurate problem. As a matter of fact, I feel the price was very reasonable and I was thankful I could afford it.  <br />     Because Accurate is very personable, I never felt pressured to do my job his way. However, I am inexperienced in the construction world. I know dreams and things I would like to have. Accurate was very patient with me and discussed the options that were in my dream. Accurate measured and remeasured, if necessary, to show me that things would or would not work. This made me happy. I have had horrible experiences with contractors who are impatient and have only oneway of doing a job. Or, they don't seem to have an imagination. Accurate has an imagination.
