"I signed up for 5-6 treatments and I stopped the service after the third treatment. Besides fertilizing the grass, I specifically asked to have weeds and crabgrass addressed. The second treatment included a crabgrass preventer. After the second treatment, I called and emailed the company as I felt the treatments were not being done properly. Because of Covid 19, I was working at home and did not even notice that the technician had come each of the three visits. I even offered to share pictures with Green Envy showing how the technician appeared to leave more fertilizer on the road rather on my lawn. It is now July and the crabgrass in my lawn is very bad. I took pictures and sent them to the company. I would not recommend this company. There sales pitch is slick, but the actual lawn service in quite poor."
