"These men will steal your money and are dangerous. Do not allow them into your home and do not give them your money. We hired Tye Dowdy to install flooring in 2 of our bathrooms. Tye was paid half to start the job and bailed on day 3. He broke our front door handle off and removed it. Among other small damages we will need to fix Tye left the job less then 50% completed and either showed up late or left early every day. On day 2 we were expecting Tye to have finished the project having quoted that it should only take "3-4 hours to complete". He was a no show with no communication. The next day Tye told my wife the reason he didn't show up was due to s situation on another on a job site. Tye said that a few of his employees were fired and went back to the property and smashed the walls with 2x4's and stole 4k worth of tools from the owner of the house. These men are dangerous and unprofessional in every way. Do not make the same mistake we made."

"Joseph and his crew were very professional. They kept the work area clean and free of debris. They did a phenomenal job replacing my 65 years old siding. I would highly recommend them. They also had the best price of the estimates I obtained. Thank you Joseph. I will definitely use them for future projects."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Silver Lake, IN

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
