Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. "IT was a great day. Pro Vac showed up on time and everyone one was delighted with the work he did. Later on as the weather cooled off people said their fireplaces and stoves were working much better and they felt safer. He also did repairs on some of the stoves.
