Luis came with his high-end equipment and a few helpers to clean and sanitize my carpets. The equipment use high-heat/steam to clean and sanitize, and Luis also used various pet-friendly sprays to get stubborn stains clean. The carpets look amazing, and my house actually smells noticeably fresher (it wasn't bad before, but we could tell it was cleaner!).
