"Needed 2 lines cut into a concrete driveway (9.2ft long, 3in deep, approx. 12in apart) We had a few people quote us ridiculous prices before Mr. Proctor reached out. He was punctual and professional when he came out to assess the job and gave us a quote. We agreed on the price and he was out the next day, completing the job quickly and even broke up the concrete pieces to move them out of the way for us. Very impressed and would hire again."

"They were hired, but the work was never completed. I put down my deposit and when they show up to do the job, they tell me it is gonna be $2k more than they originally quoted. They told me they'd give me back my deposit and give me an additional $150 for no negative online reviews. I told them to give me my deposit back but I wasn't going to be bought off and not inform others of their deception."

"We hired this person to do several jobs around our house including tree removal/debris clean up, roof repair from tree damage, and rebuild a fence from tree damage all after Hurricane Helene destroyed our property. He agreed to all the work and a price. The roof looked horrible. It was wavy, uneven, and just shotty work all around. He took several months to complete it and would often say he was coming on a specific day but never show up. My husband told him multiple times we needed this work done timely. Once he started working on the fence (the last thing to do and after 7 months!!), he failed to show up yet again. Wouldn't answer my husbands calls and texts or even my calls and texts. Disappointed in the lack of communication and intergrity of him. To leave a family hanging in such a difficult time shows the true character of him and his business. For that, I would never recommend him for any job big or small. I wish I didn't even have to leave 1 star. "
