"Be prepared to purchase when the salesperson comes out. Will offer discounts good only for that day. Their installer saved the day for me. After a scheduling issue, HE was the one to make it right. He was professional and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. If it had not been for him, this review would have been much different!"

"We chose this company because the price was the most reasonable of all the estimates we received. I am pleased with the quality of the instillation and with the materials used.

The only problem we had was a bit of a delay in calling back and scheduling the job once we had made a decision to hire the company. However, when we finally made contact the work was done in a timely manner.

I would recommend this company to others for gutter replacement."

"The crew showed up on time every morning and worked all day in the cold weather. The contractor followed up with us when the crew was finished and inspected their work. Made a subsequent follow up a couple of weeks later to make sure we were not getting any more water in the basement. Don't remember the exact cost because it was a couple of years ago. We had contacted several other contractors for estimates. Most never even returned our calls. This company got back to us timely and provided a better fix for our problem than the contractors who submitted estimates. Will definitely recommend them and use them again should the need arise.
"

"Arrived promptly on time. Concrete started out a little thick, driver went the extra yard to mix water in for better consistency & work-ability. This was my first time ordering concrete, the driver (Alan) was very knowledgeable and helpful - gave us some tips & pointers on leveling and pouring. Even helped us distribute the concrete around a bit. Would order concrete from this company again & would ask for the same driver.
"

"
Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work. In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".

At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking. Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate. Don't find that much in the labor force today! It spoke volumes to me. When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.

The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation. On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system". After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter

pipes down to bedrock. Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location. Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift. From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".

We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes! They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!

All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing! We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.

Thanks so much again. We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your

expertise, kindness, and professionalism.

Mike and Cheryl

"

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Sioux Falls, SD

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
