I have called them a few times (with little or no notice) for snow removal at my residence, they responded immediately! Just today 2/22/23 when I tried to drive into my garage I was immediately stuck in the driveway (4-wheel drive was engaged) due to the depth of the snow drifts! They arrived within 30 minutes to plow me out and I was able to pull into my garage with ease.
