"Brian and his crew did amazing work getting several spaces in our home updated and functional, and really completing a long and varied to-do list! They got our finished basement remodeled following a sewage backup and remediation. They removed remaining carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl floor, hung clean drywall, and added finishes that hadn’t been there previously. The family room remodel involved removal of a LARGE brick mantle and hearth with a wood-burning fireplace insert, with removal of old carpeting and old trim. They hung fresh drywall, installed vinyl flooring and hung new doors; they recommended conserving a staircase by staining the wood steps to match the vinyl and it turned out PERFECTLY. We were so appreciative of their suggestions to reuse existing pieces where it made sense. They helped us repair a couple DIY light fixture installations that had gone wonky, AND identified and resolved a water issue that had caused damage coming through 2 stories of the house. They worked clean, the finishes are all beautiful, and most of all, they were willing to adjust the scope of their projects on the fly to ensure we were completely satisfied. We will be calling Brian again for another list of upgrades!"

"It went great! To start, they took the bull by the horns and managed the entire project.  Including managing the pool, which was installed by Liverpool Pool & Spa(LPS).  They worked with LPS to set up start and finish dates, the install itself, the exact position, size, layout, and elevation of the pool! My wife and I didn't have to do a thing! <br /> After the pool was installed and up and running, Gasparini Landscaping then moved in to do the rest! The patio was graded and installed, we love Edwin! The firepit and sitting wall were done at the same time.  After that portion was completed, they moved onto the large boulder walls and landscaping.  Then came the lighting, which is one of my favorite parts, would highly recommend lighting any landscaping project. <br /> After all of that, the landscaping, the yard, and the fencing went in! "Mr. Ludovico came to install a doorbell and change out a working porch light that needed to have the wiring extended as the original wiring was very old. He was pleasant and punctual, but charged a little excessively for the work involved. But this was a follow-up appointment to the beginning of the installation of the doorbell. Since I didn't have all the elements I needed to install the bell originally, he had to come back. That original appointment was $70.00. To finish the installation of an existing doorbell, and a working porch light, the charge for this appointment was $120.00. Total charge: $190.00! He also left a large visible hole drilled in my woodwork, instead of taking the wooden frame off to expose the doorbell wiring. My contractor was here and would have done it for him if he had asked!! They were working within 3 feet of each other!! Besides the large hole left in the woodwork, he left bent nails and wood debris from the drilling on the carpet of my vestibule. <br />"

"Green Scapes came out and provided an estimate in a timely manner. The owner, Todd, was knowlegable and approachable. Work was completed promptly once begun. When notified of minor damage to our gutters, they apologized and returned within a day or two to repair the damage. There have been no problems with the basement flooding since and the french drains appear to be working correctly. Todd was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable with this sizeable investment."
