They removed remaining carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl floor, hung clean drywall, and added finishes that hadn’t been there previously. The family room remodel involved removal of a LARGE brick mantle and hearth with a wood-burning fireplace insert, with removal of old carpeting and old trim.
