"Tom and his crew delivered exactly what Tom promised. He LOVES strong coffee and I am pretty sure he would have worked for the coffee we made for him. (just kidding- he does love strong coffee though) Tom made my husband and myself feel like his family. He treated our property like his own. Whenever I had or have any questions, he responds immediately. He kept us informed of the delays we would have due to inclement weather. He personally wiped our white pvc fence down after the pour to ensure no damage was done.
He will he doing more work for us in the future! Thanks Tom, Ron,  and the rest of the crew! The concrete looks awesome and we really are enjoying the new yard!!!!!"

"John was the first one to answer my call said he would be happy to come out and look at my roof. I had a small leak that came inside the house. I had someone else come out and tried to see if I was able to get a new roof. Not enough damage. I called John back and he was here when he said he was I'm very happy with what he did to repair the roof. Thank you very much Bruce"

"On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof."

"Kevin and Stewart replaced my old leaking lead roof vent shroud cover and associated roof shingle that had been chewed up by rodents. They were clean, quick, polite, and knowledgeable. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and pleasant."

"I am very happy with the new roof. Daryl, the sales rep, communicated everything very nicely and made sure that I was given the best option for my roof. Mike, Devan, and Walter were the project managers and they were very helpful throughout the roof install. I wasnâ t able to communicate very well with the roofing crew but the project managers made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of."

"Fair pricing and good communication in the planning stages and throughout the project, which was completed within a reasonable timeframe. I would consider working with Montes Roofing again for future projects."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"R K Roofing is completely an excellent company to hire for your new roof . The use the highest quality roofing material and the price was the best . The owner is a roofing professional and a gentleman. He crew workers are the hardest working men I ever seen and it was very hot out and humid. After the roof was installed and completed they cleaned up so well it was like they were never there. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors for roofing projects. They are awesome!"

"A flashing failure around our chimney led to interior water marks after a week of rain. We called for a roof damage repair and received a detailed honest quote the same day. Than forcing an expensive total roof replacement the contractor explained that a targeted flat roof repair would completely solve the problem. They removed the membrane repaired the decking and used premium sealant to install flat roof flashing that will last for decades. Their crew was polite kept noise levels and swept the yard for stray nails afterward. It is refreshing to deal with a roofing company that prioritizes customer needs over maximum profit margins. The repair has held up through intense storms without a single drop getting through."

"We were very pleased with the work that Lake County Roofs completed. They were punctual and efficent and the new roof looks great. They will be coming back in another week or so to install the new gutters. Would definitely recommend them to others!"
