"We are very happy with the work product of the privacy fence built on my garage deck. The privacy fence matches the other sections of the fence that already exist which was the goal. It did take a couple calls to get a start date after a period of not hearing anything since the deposit was paid. In addition, once the work was complete, I was sent an updated invoice and was told it was due to the increased cost of lumber since the estimate. There was a lumber charge which was reasonable and the estimate did say the cost could change. What I didn’t appreciate was that an additional charge of added for labor for an assistant that was not included in the original estimate or discussed prior to work starting. The company removed the fee without argument when questioned. If I hadn’t compared the new invoice to the estimate and questioned it, I would have thought it was the lumber charge. My recommendation is to be a smart consumer and be sure to compare the estimate with the final invoice."

This contractor is an unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly incompetent individual who left our bathroom remodel in ruins, cost us thousands, and displayed deeply unsettling behavior. We contracted FMP Builders for a bathroom renovation, entrusting Mikhail with the project. From the start, he was a nightmare. He took over $3,000 upfront, only to vanish after two brief visits. The first visit was solely to collect our money, and the second was marked by inappropriate, creepy comments directed at my wife, making her feel unsafe in our own home. His conduct was unprofessional and downright disturbing. The work he did manage to start was catastrophic. He demolished parts of the bathroom, leaving it in a state of disarray with exposed fixtures, damaged walls, and debris everywhere. The little work done was shoddy and dangerous, requiring extensive repairs. It cost us nearly $5,000 to fix the disaster, including $2,000 just to undo the damage he caused. This doesn’t even account for the emotional toll of dealing with his endless lies and excuses. Mikhail’s excuses were as absurd as they were insulting. He claimed multiple times to have contracted COVID, and, unbelievably, stated that his grandmother had died-more than once! These transparent fabrications were clearly meant to dodge accountability and prolong his scam. He showed zero commitment to completing the job and no remorse for the chaos he left behind. FMP Builders Inc and Mikhail Fomin are a menace to homeowners. He is a liar, a creep, and a fraud who takes money, destroys property, and disappears. Save yourself the financial loss, stress, and potential safety risks, avoid this contractor at all costs! If you’re considering hiring him, run the other way and hire a reputable professional instead."

It took him no time at all to remove the screws and replace the bad deadbolt with a new one. He also seemed very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule to get in as quickly as possible to get the job done in time for a village inspection and closing on the sale of the home. "I hired Hargrave Investment Property Solution, to professionally dig 5 post holes using 8ft large, heavy steel posts. He was very inquisitive and made sure he understood what i wanted done. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects.
