Didn't realize how bright the color was supposed to be. 2 minor things. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled. Which was fine with me, but the contact person was a bit incessant. I guess there's something to say for persistence. And the other minor thing was a late arrival, but only by 15 min. I wasn't in a rush for the services to be provided so I didn't mind. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."
