"I called superior comfort, and immediately they sent out a gentleman by the name of Kevin, who was very excellent and did all the diagnostics. He was polite and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He ordered the parts and explained the problem and gave me options. . After ordering the parts he came with another person by the name of Derek and the two of them worked all day in the cold wind and snow inside and out! ( right after this current snow storm -January 2026 .They finished the job very efficiently were neat and clean and they were concerned about my well-being. Both were excellent workers! I was very pleased with their work and their kindness I would highly recommend these two workers! The company is very lucky to have them both! "would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
