"Bob and Alex did a great job resetting our pool pavers that were dislodged by Hurricane Zeta. They made sure the pavers were put back exactly where they were before the storm so that our pool fence could be put back up properly. They also added concrete under the pavers to keep them in place forever. The price was very reasonable as well. I’ve had other work done by Cracked Pot before and would definitely hire them again."

"Arrived on time. We discussed the location for the motion light fixtures and the security cameras. They completed the work in about 5 hours and worked diligently to complete the work In a timely manner. I was kept informed about the entire installation. They installed the camera video cables in the attic and fished it though the wall at my HDTV. They even connected the cameras to the DVR and allI had to do was turn power on. Would definitely use again. They were very courteous and professional in the quality of the work they did."

"I called Bill Schell LLC to inquire about a cost estimate for a minor repair of an old small appliance wired into a junction box, which involved complexities leading to the circuit breaker which controlled major kitchen appliances needing to be turned off. After describing the problem to the receptionist, Jamie, she gave me their company cell phone number so I could text them pictures of the device in need of repair in order to facilitate a potential cost estimate. Within 15 minutes of sending the photos, Bill himself returned the call; he advised me of simple steps to take which allowed the circuit breaker to be turned back on, and also let me know that they did not themselves work with these appliances, but referred me to another service-repair vendor who specialized in parts and rebuilding of the older/rare device which had malfunctioned, where I could take the appliance to for a low-cost repair/rebuild. Both Jamie and Bill were absolutely professional and pleasant. I am reassured and very pleased to know that a contractor of such impeccable integrity is available in this area -- they receive my highest recommendation."

They wanted the business because they contacted me before I could contact the first electrician on the Angie’s list- somehow they got an alert from Angie’s list that someone was looking for an electrician. The only issue is the fan we bought was too small for the hole already there. They installed it anyway and now I have to repair the Sheetrock. If I had known it was too small before they installed it I could have gotten a different one, but they said I would have to pay for the visit anyway. I thought the price was a lot for the time spent (over $500), but maybe that is just what electricians cost today."
