The foreman Justin very professional gave a very fare estimate in pricing. The three Electrian that actual did the hands on work are more than excellent in their trade. Also the foreman Justin and the three Electrian s (Justin, Ashton & Jarrod ) are veterans as well as a awesome gang of guys. I was pleased to have them in my home they made me feel very comfortable and fun to be with as they worked. Words are not enough to say how much they all cared not only about the job they did which in my words are the best every electrian s anyone could hire! "I would probably use them again. But I have to start using everything and to make sure that wiring is correctly fixed. It depends on how much wiring on what circuit, hopefully we have enough circuit there should be no problem."

"In the end, I'm very pleased with my bathroom. It looks great and I feel that I received good value for my money. Which is why I'd recommend and hire again. However -- I have seen houses go up faster than my little bathroom updates were completed. First the estimate -- Bob came out right away and promised me an estimate that night or the next morning, but it was several days later that I received a not-very-professional estimate (I'm used to line items in an estimate so I know what the costs are... and I should have insisted on a time frame for completion). Next the glass (3 weeks became more like 6 due to issues with the first vendor and other unknown reasons. My guess is that the owner is not as organized as he could be and things fall through the cracks and were forgotten for a few days or more). That being said -- he was EXTREMELY responsive... no text or call went more than five minutes without being returned. He also was certain to make sure I was happy, replacing a few tiles I thought might be cracked and in general wanting to have a satisfied customer which I am. Steve -- who did the work -- was very friendly, punctual, and professional. Finally, I think his price was very fair and my bathroom went from looking like an afterthought to a showpiece. If time is not an issue, I'd hire Avalon again. If it is, I still might hire them -- but I'd get them to commit to a timeline and stick to it."

"I used him twice.  The first time he came in, he did a good job.  The next time I used him, I paid him but he didn't really provide all the things he was supposed to provide.  He was supposed to come back to give me some side light on the side walk but he didn't come back and do that.  He didn't do what I contracted him to do.  He did replace an electric meter for me but that really wasn't what I had asked him to do.  He even removed something from the front of the house.  He said that it was defective and I never heard from him again.  I was very disappointed with him.  He may have moved because I think he was moving when I used him.  His name is Rey Waters and he is a registered home electrician.  I was not very pleased and not happy with him.  He didn't follow through and that's not professional to me.  The worst thing was that he didn't even respond to me just to say sorry.  There's this part that it's my fault because I paid him before doing the work.  I should have let him finish the work before paying him so it was partly my fault."
