For planning purposes he made a drawing of the area and always consulted me regarding the plants based off of my wishes, he used organic soil and advised how to care for them.  I found Rich to be very knowledgable, honest and he stood behind his work.  He planted 18 new bushes and flowering plants and advised if they did not make it through the winter (since this was done in the fall) that he would come back and replace the plant.  He came back in the Spring to check on them, one out of the eighteen did not make it, he wanted to replace it, but I declined only because I decided to use that small spot for a garden flag.
