I took 292 pictures that day of work not completed vs work they were paid to do. Liberty Home Service / David Rutter and Tia Rutter literally stole almost $19,000 from the former owner and myself. I have 100% of the numbers because they are Liberty Home Service estimates on work broken down between labor and material. Liberty Home Service literally says it is ok for them to get 100% paid for the job and be 10-12 weeks behind on work. I have all the numbers and nothing is made up....it is just the raw numbers and facts.
