"So, I didn't want to get a fence but my dog jumped the one i had. I reluctantly called 3 companies for estimates. The prices were all right around the same. But Kyle at Fence Pros Direct was willing to work with me. Accommodating not only a quick start date but coming out 2x's for an estimate as the job changed from the original plans. I can not say enough good things about this company! Kyle my sale rep was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and honest. Jhon and his crew installed the fence in just a few hours on a SATURDAY!!! They were very friendly, very through and very clean. I am so happy with this fence. If your on the fence about hiring this company (pun intended) - please know i am a tough person when it comes to contractors, i hold them to high standards. Don't hesitate! you won't be disappointed. "After paying our deposit for a fence install, we contacted the company over concerns that digsafe did not properly demarcate our underground electrical main that is in the vicinity of of the installation area (it was specifically mentioned in our contract that Reliable would handle). I dealt with a rude and confrontational customer service agent named Kelly Dineen, who told us that it wasnโ€™t Reliableโ€™s concern whether our utilities were affected in the install. Hopefully the Reliable install crew puts more pride in their work than Kelly does in hers, and hopefully we wonโ€™t encounter any issues where need customer support! Definitely would suggest looking elsewhere for your fence needs."
