From the text of the email it seemed that this company said it was not economical for them to cut my lawn, when they meant it was not economical for me. I received a call and was able to explain this previous review and was informed of why it was determined to not be economical. I do appreciate that and I will consider this company in the future. My only comment is that the customer should be the one to determine whether a job is economical or not. I was in need of service and willing to pay. Unfortunately for them I found another provider. <br /> <br /> I requested a quote for service, but 3 days later received an e-mail saying it would not be economical for them to do work in my area. Yet, they state they conduct service from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg. The last I checked Portsmouth is within that area. I find this funny since just last year they came out and quoted me a price. Maybe they shouldn't falsely advertise their service area so that way people don't waste their time."
