"Trent arrived when promised and took just about the amount of time estimated. He was very professional in his manner and in the work he performed. When he finished he said he would email the invoice along with recommendations for further work that might be necessary. The company apparently had computer trouble and I did not receive an invoice until September 9. I had been assured by both the person who scheduled the work and by Trent that there would be a discount for multiple jobs at the same address (I own a four-plex). When I finally received an invoice, there was no discount given. I sent a quick email back asking about it and was immediately given an adequate discount.
