"We had new picture windows installed in our sunroom. We needed the outsides cleaned (second floor) and sticky stuff from the stickers removed as well as lots of fingerprints. They did an amazing job! We will definitely be using them for all our window needs in the future."

"Cleaned gutters and downspouts-great job and quick"

"The service was performed well. I am very happy with the work. I wish they could have cleaned the dryer vent, but it was on the roof, however they did try to do all they could but due to liability issues they were not able to clean them."

"George arrived on time, went right to work and finished in a timely manner. My carpets look so much better. I was skeptical about some of the stained areas, but they cleaned really well. I'm very happy with the result."

"This is a top notch cleaning service. Initially, I contacted Kracken Cleaning for a quote on a professional deep cleaning of our home. I was impressed with my discussion with Bryan, the owner. He provided a quote and answered all my questions and concerns. I hired his team to go for it! They did an efficient and extremely thorough job. We couldn’t be happier with the results. After the deep cleaning, I realized I should hire them for my go-to regular cleaners. Bryan now sends a quality team of cleaners who take exceptional care of our home on a regular basis. I enjoy working with all of them. I highly recommend Kracken Home Services for anyone seeking reliable and high quality cleaning. They are the real deal!!!"

"Money definitely well spent. Very thorough cleaning. Great people skills. Wonderful team. Will most definitely reach out to them for future cleanings. And they always show up on time."

"We utilized Luis and his crew to replace 14 windows. Luis is local and prompt to meet to discuss the project. He recommended a supply house for the windows that were priced better and the same if not better on quality and warranty. Luis supervised the whole job. His crew were not only professional and detailed on the installation but kept the job site clean. The new windows required modifying the interior molding but this was discussed ahead of time as a possibility. There was an increase in the initial price because of this but it wasn’t a surprise upsell. They did the job in 2 days and the quality of the work inside and out was properly done. I would recommend Luis Jimenez construction for consideration for any of your projects."

"they are very prompt very clean and explain everything i also got them to do my neighbor"
