Hello, my name is Alan Breakfield. I am a licensed General Contractor of North Carolina. We offer New/remodeling residential and commercial projects. We also offer lot clearing.

"Group did a total gut of a master bath for me (photos online). From the demo with hidden problems to install of a walk-in shower, 3RM were great! During the 6 weeks, I was allowed to make suggestions on design, structure, placement without running into interference. Even when finished with the remodel, Joel came back to handle minute issues like shower handle direction and handicap bars. They also came back a couple of weeks laters to demo my back deck and rebuild it, again allowing my input into the construction, which is probably the greatest feature of hiring these guys to do your home repair and build."

"The door repair work was to replace rotted wood in the frame. They replaced the rotted wood in such a way that it blends in with the door frame and doesn't appear as if there was a repair."

"Had to pay money to Johnson's Drywall for materials before he could start. My experience with subcontractors/handymen is that you pay when the job is finished. He should of been upfront about needing money for materials. Paid $400 up front for materials, but was refunded $100.00 for materials not used."

"Worked closely with me and offered ideas on repairs. very friendly employees who worked hard and seemed dedicated to performing top quality work. Plan on using them later for inside painting."

"The pro did an adequate job. We had some communication problems and we worked through them."

"I had an excellent experience with Justin and his crew, they were very professional, kept me as updated as possible, and did an outstanding job on my roof. 10/10 would recommend to anyone."
