"Let me start by saying if you are looking for roofing repair or a new roof, you are really making a mistake if you don't have Bryan with Southern Roofing Solutions at least give you a quote.  Read the rest of my review to understand why. <br /> I can't say enough good things about Bryan and Southern Roofing Solutions.  First, we bought our home about 2 years ago and it is about 12 years old now.  In the first year of owning the house, we ended up with a leak in our two story foyer.  I called several companies to come out and look at it.  Not only was SRS the best price, but they took care of it that day. He also informed me that the shingles that were put on our house originally had been recalled.  However, the pot of money set aside to fix this from the company had pretty much been tapped out. <br /> Over the next year or so we had several other leaks that Bryan's team came out and fixed due to leaking penetration and nail holes due to the fact that the original installer had used toe boards through the roof shingles.  Ugh!  We were trying to eek the roof along until we could put a new roof on.  Several of the services, Bryan didn't even charge us for since it was some caulk. but it was a life saver. <br /> Finally, after just having enough, we called Bryan to put the new roof on.  He had the work due to all the good service his team had performed for us.  However, a door knocker came by trying to sell services.  I agreed to let them in and talk to us, just so we could have a comparison.  Now, I am glad I did and mad I did.  The good part was they went over their products they would install and how great they were.  The bad part was that they were over 4X more than the estimate I got from SRS and wasted a huge amount of our time with their sales pitch.  And in the end, Bryan was using the the same products at 23% of the cost of the other company. <br /> Louise from Bryan's team showed up with his crew early Saturday morning and they got to work.  It was amazing.  By lunch they had the old roof of and the roof deck protection down. And this wasn't the old felt paper.  This was a great new product that doesn't rip.  The finished as the sun was going down.   <br /> Bryan came the next day to inspect the work and do a final clean up. <br /> I have had multiple neighbors talk about how good it looks and amazed at how quickly they worked. <br /> We could not be more pleased. <br />"

"Perfection Roofing & Siding replaced our siding and painted the exterior, including the trim and chimney. The price quoted was the best of several I checked, and they were able to start within a couple days. Russ personally showed me around nearby houses to see the quality of their work. From start to finish, it took only four days. The crews were professional, on time, and did great work! The same day the siding was installed, the painters started prepping and caulking, and they painted the next day. They worked long hours in 95+ degree weather. I recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding, and I would call them again for future work!"

"Was very prompt and helpful with his advice. Said the roof was a 30 year shingle and about 10 years old. The roof had been repaired at one time, possibly because of tree limb damage. Recommended the roof be swept and gutters cleaned and, possibly some type of gutter guard installed. The lot has many trees. Said the flashings were in good shape and found no reason the roof should be a problem in buying this house. <br />A very pleasant person. <br />"

"The team at True Quality Roofing really are a professional group of guys. They were in my neighborhood replacing one of my neighbors roofs and I stopped and was able to speak to Bryan. From the beginning, the company owner, Lani Finley, was very friendly and knowledgeable. "The service was very fast and punctual. Thomas Stratton, whom performed the inspection, is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at being descriptive in his detail within the report. And, he got the report and photos to me the next day as promised. He supplied many (high quality resolution) photos. "OC replaced my roof about 4-5 years ago and did an excellent job. So recently when a big piece of fascia board flew off during some extremely bad weather days, I called them and spoke directly with the owner Rich Ozburn. He assured me they would be over as soon as weather permitted and sure enough, first decent day they called to come out and measure for a new piece of fascia. Few days later they returned to install it. Not only did they install that piece but also went around entire house to check for any more damaged fascia AND also got up on my roof to check any possible damage there.
