Now, 11 years later, and a draft free house, Steve came to our house and figured out how to make an adaptation we wanted. We had decided to remove the screens and needed the upper windows stabilized so they would not fall down with the screen out. Steve volunteered to come to the house to look the situation over, he was prompt, helpful, clever and had it all done in less than 2 hours (14 windows were involved).
