"I placed a seach for someone to come out and take a look at my roof because I returned from out of town and had a water leak in one of my bedrooms. Mr Sorrows texted me immediately and left his phone number for me to contact him. I called him at 9:00 a.m. and explained the problem. he said he could come to take a look at it between 1:00 and 1:30. He arrived with his son at 1:20 evaluated the problem area and determined the solution required. He said he could fix it the same afternoon and let me know the price and how much time would be required. He performed the work as promised within the timeframe and for the price quoted. He has great customer service, is easy to communicate with, and is a really nice man. I would recommend him without reservation."

"Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"They were supposed to come on Thursday, but then they called me and told me that they were going to have to reschedule for Friday. on Friday one person showed up, looked at the roof, and said that it was a 2 man job, and they would have to reschedule again for Saturday or Monday. I waited through the weekend to hear from them, but no one has been in touch with me."
