"Rick and his crew were prompt and finished the job very efficiently in one day. They replaced 60 tiles, as well as fixed the leak. They also found another leak which they were able to repair as well."

"Sequoia Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Once again it is proven to me "you get what you pay for". I got multiple estimates. Sequoia was not the least expensive. Mike Rochholz answered all my questions before, during and after. Communication was clear. Helped me choose the replacement tile. I knew what was going to be done and when I was on their work calendar six weeks ahead. Started on Monday and finished on Friday. Attention to details and professionalism of crew earn high praise, too."

"I chose ALVAREZ ROOFING (from 4 companies who provided bids) to remove all concrete tile from my 33 year-old house, install new underlayment, replace broken tile, correct previous construction defects, and install several roof vents. Both Francisco and Cristian were proficient, knowledgable and incredibly organized. They were happy to answer any questions I had before and during the construction process. Additionally they were willing to comply with my request to add some new roof vents days after the contract was signed and construction started. The crew cleaned up the area around my house nicely at each work- days end. The entire job went smoothly and was completed as promised. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work and bid price. I do highly recommend ALVAREZ ROOFING for roofing jobs like this."

"It was a pleasure working with Leon and Crown Roofing. Our tile roof is 28 years old and had developed a couple of leaks. Crown removed the tiles and replaced the underlayment. They are very competitive on pricing. Everything was included in his price, including any damaged wood that they might find when they removed the tiles. Other contractors charged additional for any unseen damage. His crew was always on time, were professional, did the project in a timely manner and a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day. Leon was very good about communication and was a outstanding to work with. I highly recommend Crown Roofing."
