"I needed an entire new roof, the roof was dirty, shingles were curling and in some spots my shingles were missing altogether. Duane was great. I read reviews on Angie’s list and decided to give him a call. He came out a few days later to make an initial assessment of my roof and gave me a quote immediately. When he arrived he came with a sample book of shingles to choose from as well as a packet of information including copies of licenses, insurance and about 20 pages worth of references. Being a businessman myself this definitely impressed me. I called a few of his references and they had nothing but great things to say about him. We scheduled a time and date for the work to begin, but Mother Nature just wouldn’t cooperate with us. Due to the rain we had to reschedule a few times, but Duane ALWAYS stayed on top of it. He would always communicate ahead of time to keep you updated on the weather forecast and let you whether or not the job would need to be rescheduled. I always felt that I knew what was happening and could plan my work schedule accordingly. Duane stated that his team would be at my house to start the work at 7am and the job would be completed within 1 day and that’s exactly what happened. They were punctual, efficient and all very professional. The new roof and skylights look great and I couldn’t be happier. Overall it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend him."

"Trenton Roofing did a superb job reroofing my house in Brick, New Jersey. I am so happy that I called them for an estimate. Out of the multiple proposals that I received their bid provided the best value for the money. They had to remove 2 layers of shingles. The crew was very professional in tearing down the old roof and installing the new one. I also had 2 skylights replaced which needed special order flashing. This was ordered and installed without a hitch. Mr. Alex Valentino was the project manager and provide exceptional service. Mr. Valentino personally managed the job from pricing through inspection and final clean-up. Their clean-up was so immaculate you could not tell that they had been at my house. Some minor damage occurred inside my house during the installation process but the company repaired the damage without any additional costs to me. I highly recommend Trenton Roofing for any one in need of roofing services."

They also were responsive to special requests like painting my chimney and some minor shoring up of my gutters. I found the team who did the installation to be careful and respectful – covering up my tree and plants that I had out front to prevent damage. "It was a pleasure dealing with Alec and AV Contracting. He immediately came out when I first contacted him to replace the roof on my Shed that was almost thirty years old. His price was competitive and well within my budget. He showed me different samples as well as made recommendations for the type of shingles and capping I should replace the roof with and venting for the roof/shed. Most important, the job/roof when completed what excellent - Meticulously installed with impressive installation. It took him one day to complete the job. Another note, that impressed me was that Alec was friendly and approachable. No matter when I called or text him, he was happy to assist me or answer any questions. When I replace the roof in my house, I will not bother contacting any one else- Alec and AV Contracting have my business in the future."

"We called City Wide Roofing on Tuesday.  Jimmy came right away and inspected the roof and said he would have workers out immediately to do the roof service.  On Thursday, three guys came.  They were very professional, courteous and efficient.  The work was done beautifully.  Of course, we still have to see how the roof holds up but so far so good! <br />"

"John was very responsive and punctual when I was looking to get roofers to look at my roof and assess the problem and give me estimates for work needed. He came early on a Saturday morning before heading off to another job he was doing. I really appreciated him fitting me in. He immediately noticed that I had a shoe rack by the door and took his shoes off without me asking before I took him upstairs to show him where water had penetrated into middle bedroom through window frame and ran down wall after a big melt of snow in late February. He climbed the roof and assessed that roof was in overall good condition (unlike another roofer who told me I needed a whole new roof!). He believed the issue was due to debris from tree overhanging back portion of my flat roof flowing to and blocking drain box. Melting water from snow had nowhere else to go but up and over the drain box and down the outside wall of the house. He said he had installed drain boxes that keep leaves and other debris from blocking it. He sent me a quote a day or two later. I ultimately decided to hold off on doing any work right away based on the varying opinions from roofers on what the causation issue was (did I need an entire new roof or no roofing work at all - have an electrician install heat tape in drain box and down drain spout to prevent ice damming during the winter). Furthermore, two subsequent heavy rain storms showed no water intruded through the window frame, so the immediate need for repair had subsided. Certainly I would consider using John should I go with a new drain box option. He came across and knowledgeable."
