"The team was great to work with. They were highly professional and cared about the quality of the work. They kept me informed and engaged me on questions about how I wanted certain details. I would highly recommend them for any siding or window installation."

"They were great!  I am moving and accumulated a lot of furniture and junk I don't want to take with me and called three companies <br /> for estimates to remove it.  Junkinit was the least expensive.  I don?t always select the cheapest quotes, but the owner was professional, knowledgeable and projected confidence and energy.  His men were friendly and helpful and did a great job.  I highly recommend them. <br /> <br />"

"We had all our windows done by Arrow Window Shade, we had first met with <br /> Jeff Michaelson so he could give us his input on what we would do best <br /> with in each room on style and color, we also needed block out shades in the bedrooms. <br /> We had two sliding doors to cover etc. He was at our condo on time, very <br /> professional, had a large supply of colors, styles so we could actually <br /> hold up the product to see if we liked it. Once he helped us decide we <br /> signed on to have it done. The job was done quickly and perfectly. It <br /> came out perfect in every room I wish we had it done years ago, they <br /> look so good, so easy to use and the block out shades were wonderful. <br /> The shades are used daily and look the same as the day they were put in. <br /> The most amazing thing is recently one of our bedroom shade rope pulls had broken, we called Jeff and asked him to come out and fix it, he came the very day we called on time as usual and he fixed the broken on as well as replace the other one as he felt the rope looked a little frayed. When I got out my check book he said "no charge", I was stunned where ever would you hear in this day and age a business man say that. I more than recommend having Jeff do any window treatments required as you will get a business man who stands totally behind his work and word that is not very common anymore in businesses he is very impressive. <br />"

"Excellent!! Trex Decking, stairs and railings were installed. Extras chosen added to the cost. Work was done exactly when promised and overall performance was great. Very conscientious and concerned about the quality of work. Will use Keith for future projects."

"Better Built Basements LLC renovated my basement this past summer, installing a full bathroom, bedroom (with egress window), office and finished common area. The project went very smoothly, with great communication and follow-up. Just about everything was done to spec and on the correct timeline. At the beginning of the project we were provided a schedule, and they met almost every milestone; the entire project was completed on time, including pulling the necessary permits and passing all town inspections. We had a few change orders during the project, and they were able to work them in and still complete the project within the original time frame. The communication was phenomenal. For each phase of the project we knew who was coming to the house when, who would be in charge if there was any issue, and who we could escalate to if there were concerns. I would highly recommend them for any project. Months later we are as thrilled with the basement as we were the day it was completed. Thanks so much to the team for our wonderful finished basement."

"We purchased and had installed 8 Basement windows. The quality of the installation and follow thru by the owner, Claude, was excellent and exceeded expectations. On the day of install, they were on time, they explained what they were going to do and what they needed (water & electricity access), and went to work. They showed us the first install to make sure all was OK, and once we approved it - they moved to do the other 7 windows. On completion in our walk-thru inspection, jake(?) pre-empted our question on a line crack on the inside pane of one of the windows and explained to us - they will take care of it. The fact that they "pre-empted" our quality question was impressive and always a good sign of a quality provider/install team. We were so impressed with their install and their leadership's quality overview of the installation - that while we were not looking to replace the cellar door right now - we decided to get a quote from them for it - so we will add a cellar door install review on them here - if we move ahead with their quote/delivery terms. SUGGESTIONS to others looking for basement windows: 1. Buy "Direct" from these folks vs going thru your contractor. We are doing total reno on this home, and found a good contractor, but somehow on this project - he dropped the ball here on paying the deposit to these folks right after we paid him, and his delay in putting our deposit down with these folks - brought unexpected and unnecessary delays. So learn from us, and buy/contract with these folks directly. 2. Type of Windows/Flexibility - We are trying to do a total reno, but keeping honest to the original home - which had old style type of cellar doors and those took a bit longer, so check with these folks on delivery times on the type of windows you want, and if you are flexible on the type of window you want - they may be able to provide you with different delivery times. 3. Labor Shortages/COVID - If you, like us, are doing any type of renovations, you need to make sure you find quality/reputable providers, but be mindful that labor shortages and COVID waves - like the one we are starting to see again in CT - can unfortunately bring additional delays to your order. Our new HVAC system install with another provider took close to 4 months, and even a simple item like an ocean blue sofabed took 3 months - and these are only a couple of examples of some of our challenges in this Reno during this COVID/Labor Shortage time."
