When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. "WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home.
