They uncovered the source of the leak (which took removing bricks and stone), fixed it, waterproofed the roof, and put everything back so perfectly that you’d never know any work had been done at all. "Mike and his team did a fantastic job. From the initial estimate to the demo and installation, everything went like clockwork. Mike's glass and tile guys were courteous, careful, neat and professional. All of the shower glass, marble bench seat and marble accent pieces were salvaged and reused which minimized the cost. The finished shower looks as good as new and the shower pan is an improvement as Mike used the schluter system which adds a layer of protection that makes it watertight. They removed furniture to storage, dismantled cabinets and removed to storage, ripped out old floor and subfloor, replaced insulation under subfloor, installed new plywood subfloor and new 3/4 in. prefinished oak floor, then reinstalled cabinetry and painted as needed. The Peak employees we dealt with were all polite and professional and we were extremely pleased with their work. We highly recommended Peak Construction."

"Not the best job done. We have an issue with the fit of an attic access panel and got an argument about the way the work was specified and strong resistance to fixing it properly. The panel has a gap along an edge and scrapes a side on opening it. Both not acceptable. They were not easy to deal with on the quality of the work. We will not be using them again."
