"Grant and his team did a great job.  Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight.  Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires.  There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time.  Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight.  Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors."

"They are sticking with their backup. They installed the drip system so they are going to be maintaining it a couple of times a year; it is a part of what they do. I am not sure of the price because they have not done it yet. I went with them because of satisfaction and recommendation from builders and other contractors. The guy who runs it is a very good businessman. His name is Mr. August Delarue. There have been hitches with construction so anytime I have asked for something he has always followed up and made sure I was satisfied always. They are the best that I have seen and have a great landscape designer as well. They are outstanding in being responsive. They don't leave messes and throw cans around. They are very tidy, professional and polite. Whenever I talked to anyone they got right on it and talked to their boss. They did whatever that had to do to get things handled for me. It was a construction project so it didn't go without a hitch but it did get managed to a very high level."
