"It went very well - I will be using S&S again. After trying to work with a couple other companies, who would either not call me back, or were very slow in responding, I was relieved that this was a good experience. I'm sure it's all relative, but this was a fairly big job. A crane was needed to remove the tree piece by piece. They had to ask some of my neighbors to move their cars but they were very professional, which I appreciated. They were well organized and definitely knew what they were doing. Amazingly, the work was completed in about half a day and they did a great job in cleaning up. Communication with Jacob (the person I worked with for this) was excellent, he was very responsive and communicated well both via email and in person when I met him. Bottom line, I will use them again. I was a bit concerned that this would be expensive since they are a larger company, but as I mentioned, the bad experiences with a couple other companies made me realize that even if it was more expensive, it was worth it. Actually, the other person who I talked to mentioned 5000 for the crane alone, so I really don't think their price was that bad. I had a great experience overall."
