"I hired Lou and his team to clean snow and ice off of my roof as I was having a leak. He was prompt in showing up, explaining what could be happening, and scheduling me the next day. He was easy to reach and communicate with and made sure he explained the work to his crew onsite. His crew showed up on time, did an excellent job with the work and left our place in great condition.
