"Had a technician come out to scope our drain line. He forgot the camera, so they had to return. The check was not cashed, so I feared this with all the fraud in the world this man had my check and could compromise the safety of it. Called 3X no return call Told me to call accounting and no one answered and the voicemail was not set up ??? Customer service is very, very bad. I would NEVER do business with them again!!!!"

I needed assistance with the design aspects and he helped guide me through picking out fixtures, tile, etc. offering design tips. They took care of ordering all materials and getting permits, etc.. The project manager Henry was great too. He let me know in advance who was coming what day and time of arrival. Everything went relatively smooth and finished within a couple days of the scheduled end date. I was getting everything done (replace walls, floor, shower stall, vanity, etc.). The only painful part was the price. It was expensive, but once I got over the sticker shock, I was happy with the quality of work. The only thing is that I wish they did the painting too. They don't do painting."

"Just a few years ago, we hired Double D to remove all of the old bright yellow siding (40 years old) and remove both layers of old roofing. The goal was to replace the roof and figure out the best options for us regarding the siding. The owner came out, met with us, presented options and associated costs quite clearly. Ultimately, we choose a lovely shade of sage green siding and a gray roof. We could not be happier. The employees were polite and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner (less than two weeks) and still looks great. We had zero problems with Double D. I plan on using them again to update a section of the siding that had previously been covered by a back deck. IMPORTANT NOTE: My neighbors replaced their siding with another company even though we advised them that Double D’s pricing was spot on and extremely professional, with attention to detail. Five months after their siding was installed, huge swaths of siding fell off! And their contractor was no where to be found. That’s when they asked for Double D! You will not regret utilizing Double D and will appreciate the variety of services available."
