His worker was often sitting down not working when I left my house and when I came back they both weren?t working but when they saw me they started working. They tried to stretch out the time and Elmar was often gone at ?the store? even multiple times a day. I accidentally overpaid him several hundred dollars and he refuses to return the money. He also tried to bill me for going to the dump when he didn?t need to for my job. He had no receipt as proof. Put him on a time clock with a punch card if you want truthful hours or hire someone else!"

My house sits at the bottom of a hill, and water now flows seamlessly into the street rather than into my garage. Later, I hired them to remove backyard concrete and install new stone work - both steps and a flat area. The work is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!"
