"My yard was a huge MESS and I needed help! Leaves and pine needles had accumulated for a couple of years, pretty deep in some places. My allergies had gotten so bad I was unable to work in the yard for the past two years and my yard certainly looked it! I had contacted several yard services, all of which refused to remove leaves and pine needles. One day a flyer appeared on my mailbox for Scentsible Scenery. "Fall clean up specials" and "roof, leaves, debris, pinestraw, etc". I called and left a message for Roy Bragg, the owner. Even though it was a Sunday night, he called me back and we set up a time to meet so he could give me an estimate. When he arrived, he spent several minutes explaining how the pine needles needed to be picked up because when they get wet acidity leaks into the ground and kills the grass. And he explained how the old leaves around my house probably had accumulated a lot of pollen over the previous seasons, which may be why my allergies were going crazy. Very informative! A few days later, Roy cleaned ALL of the leaves/pine needles/limbs out of my entire yard, removed over 80 bags of leaves/debris, cleaned all the leaves off my roof, and trimmed the bushes around my house. AND he noticed that one of the gates leading to my backyard was broken so he brought over his drill and some large screws and fixed my gate, no charge!!! My yard looks fantastic, and I think $330 was an excellent price for all that work. Roy's a great guy, did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it, and I'm very pleased with the result. From now on, I'm using Scentsible Scenery for my yard cleanup."

"Marc Bell and his team were very professional, courteous and willing to do whatever was needed to complete the job in an outstanding manner to both the company and us. From the first encounter when Marc came to estimate the job to the finished product, this company couldn’t do enough to ensure we were satisfied. They designed and constructed a walkway lined with steel edging and filled with limestone, interspersed with large flagstone steppingstones. Under the walkway, they placed a catch basin drain and piping to channel any water runoff away from the walkway. Sod and pine straw were also professionally installed."

I found Bakers in the yellow pages then signed on to Angie's list to get the scoop. My phone call was answered in a polite and professional manner. Although they were not able to come that day they did promise to contact me the following week for an appointment. They also offered to refer me to another company if I had an emergency. The following week I was contacted as promises. An appointment date and time was scheduled On the appointment date I received a confirmation call from them. They arrived at the scheduled time. They checked the entire system and made all necessary repairs I was extremely pleased with this company and would use them again. <br />"

"G&S did a great job. This was an expensive undertaking, but well worth the price. The concrete pavers look great and will last and last, unlike my old wooden deck that was falling apart due to wood rot. Aaron and his crew worked very hard day in and day out for 4 solid weeks in 100+ degree heat. They are my heros! Thank you for a job well done!"

"The only negative experience was the weather. We had a great deal of rain in the timeframe they were planning to work. Consequently the project suffered about a week's extension. This actually is a strong positive for me -- they elected on their own to delay work rather than try to do a less-than-high-quality installation. This was professionally communicate to me along the way. They are very knowledgable regarding the proper conditions required to ensure a solid foundation is in place so that the pavers remain solidly in place for many years. As a result I doubt I will ever have to take advantage of their waranty -- but if I have to, I trust they will be there. Keystone uses an employee crew (not day laborers). This ensures their team is skilled in the process and led by someone trained to perform the work. This also drives up their costs a little and in my mind justifies their slightly higher prices than you might see elsewhere. My desire is for quality over price and I can recommend them if that's your same mindset."

"I was ready to approve the $2,600 proposal then noticed a detail was missing from the proposal that we had discussed. I asked about the missing item and she wanted to add the item, which included 3 stepping stones, in at an additional cost of $30. Tallahassee Nurseries did not seem to want to accommodate me and even though the $2,600 would have amply covered the additional cost of $30 - which should have been included in the first place - I declined. Business must be good if they are willing to lose a $2,600 contract over $30. I had already paid $75 which should have been deducted off of the proposal (and was not) so I am perplexed at this. Maybe this job was not big enough for them."
