Though we were pleasantly surprised by the four man moving team rather than the 3 man we originally planned for, would ask that all members on site are working as there was only one member who consistently took breaks while the other members worked. Was told that all furniture would be disassembled however this was not the case. Would ask that there be more consistency from what the management office promises will be done and what the mover team does."

"The three movers themselves were very good. The quote required a minimum of 3 hours but they did not share that driving between the two homes counted so I didn’t factor that in. The movers took over half an hour longer to arrive than it should have. I had to pay up front for the estimated extra time for the unload. The movers took less than what I paid for. They told me that the office would call me to let me know about a refund. No one called. I waited 2-3 hours and then called. The person informed me that the refund would not have been issued automatically when I asked. They couldn’t refund the credit card I used, they wanted to use Zelle or CashApp, seems odd that a business can’t refund to the same method of payment used. The process was very odd and I don’t like that it seems like if I hadn’t called they would have kept the extra money paid even though the service wasn’t used for that amount of time."
