Service has declined since we started service approximately 1 1/2 years ago.

The house is moderately clean when they finish.  They spend the most time (a couple of times someone has been home to see what goes on, usually the service occurs while we are at work) working on the floors, but the hardwood never seems to be clean afterwards.  It might have been Swiffer mopped once over, but any spots on the ground are still there and require me to hand and knees scrub them out - which is precisely what I did not want to do and why we hired a cleaning service!  Even when specifically requested the dusting does not always get done.  The bathrooms are cleaned well.

Have had several accidents which is understandable - water glasses and one ring holder that were broken.  However the cleaning of the accidents is not always up to par - I have a young baby and both times found large glass shards that were not cleaned up on the floor.

Most aggravating is the billing.  We'll go months without seeing a bill, then get 3 bills all at once ($600+) and an allusion to not scheduling the next cleaning until they're paid.

I haven't found or heard of a better cleaning company in the area so I'll continue to use them, but it is a frustrating experience.

"Cutting Every Detail LLC, went above and beyond what I expected. The young man and his crew are very polite and respectful. Not only took care of my lawn; but also cleaned out my flower bed that was not apart of the services at no extra charge. But I just had offer extra for what they did. I have referred the company to a few other people who has used their Lawn Sevice (of course), Dumpster Service and Shrub Services. So far we have all been very happy with Cutting Every Detail LLC Services and will continue to do business with them. Thank you again for your services and a job well done. Connie"
