"Shawn called back promptly and came to discuss the work and provided an estimate which was not entirely accurate and needed adjusting later. The work was started early, was interrupted by an early storm, 2 weeks went by without contact, and, when work resumed, it was done in spurts by different workers who all did an excellent job. Heavy equipment was left on the front lawn for weeks at a time without being used. Days and sometimes weeks went by without any work being done, sometimes due to weather and sometimes not. The suggested timeframe of 10 days to 2 weeks was probably not possible under the best of circumstances. Shawn usually called back with explanations, but he sometimes did not call back for days. Shawn did what he promised to do and the work was done very well. It was an expensive project but he was fair about the costs. Late October was not the best time to do this kind of work with weather interfering and Shawn having other obligations such as plowing. <br />"

He’ll help you know if you’re getting a fair price and answers any and all questions you have about your home. The consulting cost seemed like a lot initially, but considering the amount you’ll save in the long run and peace of mind knowing you’re paying a fair price - it pays for itself. I initially got a quote for double the price it’d actually cost, and Ted helped me understand that. He even gave me DIY costs for parts we could do ourselves if desired! It’s obvious his knowledge is from many years of experience. He gave us so much information in a clear and concise way - about drainage, landscaping, masonry options, even to the tiniest detail like a pin p**** mold spot on my house and what the cause was. Highly recommended!!"

We went with a blue stone which looks so natural in the back yard environment. His guys were professional and worked so hard to hand build this stone patio. The owner and/or supervisor was onsite each day to oversee the work. I would use Ferrandino enterprise again for any project we have. The cost was well worth the quality product we got. We rarely used our deck and rarely spent time in our back yard. Now we are out there all year round and love spending time in our back yard. We are now the hosts for most of our summer BBQ with friends since we have the best backyard!</p> <br />"

"The gentleman who showed up was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He went through all of the services they provided and made recommendations as to which services I could benefit from. When the proposal arrived, they were significantly higher than the other providers. I chose a different provider and subsequently took over the work myself. While I did not use them, several of my neighbors do. Their lawns and landscaping are some of the best in the neighborhood. I debated on giving them an overall A but their price is quite high even given the impressive quality of their work. It is probably worth your effort to have them bid on a project since their work is excellent. <br />"
