"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"Back in May one of the workers hit my driveway gate with a lawnmower. I called the manager, he came out and looked at the damage, advised me to get it fixed and call them back for reimbursement. The fence was repaired in June. I called them back and sent them the bill for the repair of $850. They sent workers out to take pictures of the gate after the repair. They still have not reimbursed me for the repair."

"Pat Murphy, owner, came on Monday with the crew of 4 to begin the work. His crew began as promised by 8:30 AM and worked to 6:30. They completed the irrigation and all that was left for the next day was core aeration, seeding and clean-up. Clean-up was prepping the area for the seed raking and making it the best possible area for grass to grow. They were clean when in the hose to do the plumbing work and explained everything until I was satisfied."

"The gentleman who showed up was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He went through all of the services they provided and made recommendations as to which services I could benefit from. When the proposal arrived, they were significantly higher than the other providers. I chose a different provider and subsequently took over the work myself. While I did not use them, several of my neighbors do. Their lawns and landscaping are some of the best in the neighborhood. I debated on giving them an overall A but their price is quite high even given the impressive quality of their work. It is probably worth your effort to have them bid on a project since their work is excellent. <br />"

"These people were fantastic! I can't say enough good things about them. They removed the 9 trees from my front lawn and even removed a tree from my backyard at no extra charge. They ground the stumps but did not throw the chips into the holes. They actually hauled the chips away! They were very detail oriented. They raked the lawn and blew the chips out of the road. Even the neighbors were impressed by their tree service! The price was unbelievable it was so good! I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"I called D.M. Plumbing, as they are a company in my town and I like to use local vendors.  Jimmy Manolis is the owner and came to give me an estimate on the work.  I needed a new boiler and hot water heater.  I don't know much about plumbing or heating systems so I have to trust the word of the contractor.  Jimmy seemed honest and explained everything in detail, especially about the efficiency of the heating product and the cost and energy savings I would benefit from by purchasing these products.  I looked online to read about the Heat Transfer Product heating appliance and the indirect fired hot water heater he was recommending and they were exactly what he said they were - highly energy efficient.  I also found that I would be able to take advantage of a tax saving rebate during 2010, so I was lucky there.  Jimmy came to the estimate the date and time he promised. I received two other estimates for this work and D.M. was in the middle as far as price was concerned.  The other two plumbing companies were in my town as well. When Jimmy came to do the work, he arrived on the day and time he told me he would, as well.  He removed the old boiler and water heater and installed a Pioneer heating appliance with a Super Stor indirect fired hot water heater.  The job was completed and the equipment is performing as expected, saving me money and working efficiently.  The work was done in the basement and everything was cleaned up nicely (as I had expected)."
