"Great service. Janice came out same-day to give an estimate. She returned with her crew a few days later to complete the work. We had dealing with water pouring into our basement due to low grade and bad window well. The work she did was outstanding and for the first time in months, we didn't have water in the basement after it rained. Her crew was very professional and friendly. We'll have them out again to take care of any other landscape issues."

Cut down a pretty good size tree that was up in the power lines and cleared an adjacent area off those small trees that grow from the helicopter seeds and some weeds and tall grasses, and all within about 2.5 hours...including cleanup! Next time I need something delivered to my house I will not waste my time requesting quotes from a million different pros and just call Masterwork Construction directly. "He just showed up without giving a phone call.  Prior to that, we need some bulbs replaced in the lighting apparatus and we asked him if he would teach us how to do it and he didn’t do it, instead he charged about $50 for a bulb replacement.  We feel he is on the higher side.  We thought he was expensive when it came to replacing bulbs.  His communication is a little haphazard, he would show up without calling, and then last year all of a sudden the box was changed so we must have gone when he did that.  He wasn’t always the best as far as communication went.  He didn’t do bad work, the two issues were the communication and we felt his prices were way on the high side.  We would probably use him again simply because he has done the work before."

"Nick and his team were initially very good at our snow removal. They worked with snowblowers rather than a plow, which made for a better cleared driveway. Initially, they came within a reasonable amount of time after a snowfall. But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned."
